Our Most Advanced Endoscopy System EVIS X1 represents a range of new, easy-to-use technologies that aim to revolutionise the way gastrointestinal disorders can be detected, characterised and treated.
We want to support every endoscopist.
In every procedure.
Every day.
Find out how the technologies of EDOF (Extended Depth of Field), TXI (Texture and Colour Enhancement) and RDI (Red Dichromatic Imaging) can support your practice.
Full Focus and High Magnification for Observational Excellence
Thanks to EDOF technology, the CF-EZ1500DL/I can approach as close as 3 mm to the subject in normal focus mode, providing a clear, sharp view that may reduce the need to adjust the focus in routine use.
EDOF technology
Our unique Extended Depth of Field (EDOF) technology combines images captured in near view with those taken in far view to generate an image with a wider depth of field that gives you greater clarity and richer detail throughout the image area, assuring superior observation with continuous wide focusing.

One of the innovative technologies incorporated into EVIS X1 is RDI – Red Dichromatic Imaging. Designed to enhance the visibility of deep vessels and bleeding sources.
With the use of Amber light it is easier to identify bleeding points and therefore makes haemostasis quicker and easier. Visualising deep blood vessels indicates areas of risk and can help to reduce physician stress during endoscopic therapy.
At Olympus, we recognise the challenges related to gastrointestinal bleeding and the risk this poses to patient safety. That is why we offer you the widest range of tools, technologies and expertise to ensure any bleeding is managed as quickly, safely and effectively as possible.
Endoclot PHS provides rapid and reliable bleeding management and is suited for large and diffuse bleeds including those occurring in peptic-ulcers, post biopsy, EMR and ESD. Whilst for mechanical haemostasis QuikClip Pro is our single use rotational and reopenable clip system offering effective and precise mechanical haemostasis of upper and lower GI bleeds.

Have you ever been interested to know what the differences between Conventional Oral Endoscopy and Transnasal Endoscopy are and what the benefit of setting up a Transnasal service can be for your patients?
Click the link below to see the benefits.
Our latest generation Transnasal endoscope benefits from an ultra-slim diameter of 5.4mm and incorporates an instrument channel of 2.2mm for minor therapeutic procedures and biopsies.
With its High Definition camera chip and new image sensor incorporated into the optical system for assisting precise observation better views are observed in the mid to long distance by adopting new illumination optics.
Greatly improved performance of Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) opens up exciting new clinical applications and reinforces NBI’s position as the standard of care for GI Endoscopy.
